Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
  • Non-returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return: To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at admin@glamhub.site with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Shipping Your Return: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our customer support team.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier for further assistance.
